When I think of people I want to interview, I look at various things. There are people that I admire, people that are doing wonderful things in their respective fields. There are success stories that hit close to my heart, and this is the case with writer Caridad Piñeiro. I must admit that I have not read any of her books, which I will in the future. However, when I discovered her, and learned of her achievements, I was so proud that she was one of my own. La cubanita who has made a name for herself in the American Market. I applaud her... and today it is my honor to learn a bit more about Caridad, and have you do the same as well....

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

-To lose a child.

What is your idea of happiness?

-To be able to love and be loved in return.

Who are your favorite characters in history?

-Winston Churchill, William Shakespeare, Margaret Thatcher, Elizabeth the 1st and Walt Disney

The quality you most admire in a man?

-Honesty.

The quality you most admire in a woman?

-Honesty.

Your most marked characteristic?

-Determination.

What do you most value in your friends?

-Loyalty and humor.

How would you like to die?

-Peacefully with my family at my side.

What is your present state of mind?

-Chaotic.

What is your motto?

- Nothing worthwhile is ever easy
