Opening at St Thomas University on Saturday, January 25th, at 2:00 pm, Circular Reflections is one of the most diverse and expansive exhibits of Cuban Art this century. Kindly, accept the invitation and share.
Seven years in the making, Circular Reflections is an art exhibit that documents the work of 63 Cuban artists (listed below) that possess a signature style and an impressive curricula. The styles run the spectrum from folkloric to conceptual art. Each of the pieces in the collection is accompanied by a written curator’s reflection, but the idea is not to fix one interpretation of the piece, but to encourage viewers to think about their own reflections of the artwork.
St. Thomas University is hosting the event.
It is located at 37th Avenue, a block South of the Palmetto Expressway. Admission is free. Parking is free.
